• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

• Minor measurement differences within acceptable tolerance may occur.

• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

• VAT or additional charges will be clarified at checkout if applicable.

Dubai Borka Mart reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors

• Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing

• Refund only the amount paid if cancellation occurs due to pricing or system error

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery

• Advance payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bank Transfer

Customers who choose advance payment are eligible for free delivery.

For customized or measurement-based orders, advance payment is mandatory.

Dubai Borka Mart reserves the right to:

• Require partial or full advance payment for suspicious or high-risk orders

• Refuse or cancel any order at its discretion for security reasons

5. Order Confirmation

All orders require phone confirmation before dispatch.

If a customer is unreachable after multiple contact attempts:

• The order may be placed on hold or cancelled.

• Repeated non-confirmed or refused deliveries may require advance payment for future orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh and internationally through trusted courier services.

Standard Delivery Timeline

• Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 2 to 5 working days

Delivery charges:

• Inside Dhaka: 100 BDT

• Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

• Free delivery on orders above 5999 BDT and Full Advance Payment

International shipping charges and delivery time will be confirmed during order confirmation. Advance payment is required for all international orders.

Dubai Borka Mart is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Return, Exchange and Refund

Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unwashed

• All original tags are intact

• Valid proof is provided

Returns are only accepted in cases of:

• Completely wrong item delivered

• Verified manufacturing defect

Customized, altered, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after inspection.

If the issue is due to our error, we will bear delivery costs.

If exchange is requested for size or customer preference, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Failed or Refused Delivery

If a parcel is refused without valid reason:

• Return courier charges may apply.

• Future orders may require advance payment.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect customer information solely for order processing and delivery purposes.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except courier partners required for delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dubai Borka Mart is not liable for:

• Courier delays beyond our control

• Minor color or size variations

• Product misuse after delivery

• Technical errors on third-party platforms

Our total liability is strictly limited to the actual value of the purchased product.

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
