RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Serving with pride since 2010, Dubai Borka Mart has built long-term customer trust through consistent quality and responsible service. Every product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
By placing an order with Dubai Borka Mart, customers agree to the following terms:
1. Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.
The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Valid reason must fall under:
For claims related to wrong or defective items, a clear unboxing video without cuts may be required. Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
All exchanges are subject to inspection and final approval by our quality team.
2. Return and Refund Conditions
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, dislike of design, or personal preference.
Return requests will only be considered if:
The delivered product is completely different from the confirmed order, or
There is a major manufacturing defect verified by our team.
If approved, customers may choose:
Product replacement, or
Store credit
Refunds, if exceptionally approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Used or washed products
Customized or altered designs
Discounted, promotional, or clearance items
Items damaged after delivery
Orders without valid proof of issue
Dubai Borka Mart reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet policy conditions.
4. Exchange Shipping Cost
If the issue occurs due to our error, we will bear the delivery cost.
If exchange is requested for size or customer preference, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
