Dubai Borka Mart ensures secure and timely delivery through trusted courier partners. All orders are processed only after proper verification.

1. Order Confirmation

• All orders require phone confirmation before dispatch.

• If a customer is unreachable after multiple attempts, the order may be automatically cancelled.

• Orders suspected as fraudulent, incomplete, or high-risk may require partial or full advance payment before shipment.

Dubai Borka Mart reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion for security reasons.

2. Payment Methods

We offer:

• Cash on Delivery

• Advance Payment via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer

Customers who choose advance payment will receive free delivery.

3. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: 100 BDT

• Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

• Free delivery on orders above 5999 BDT

International delivery charges vary based on location.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 2 to 5 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Dubai Borka Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the parcel has been dispatched.

5. International Shipping

We ship internationally with advance payment only. Delivery time and shipping charges will be communicated during order confirmation.

Custom duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Customized Orders

Customized or measurement-based Borkas require advance payment. Production time may vary depending on design complexity.

Customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a verified production defect is found.

7. Failed or Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses to receive the parcel without valid reason:

• Future orders may require advance payment.

• Return courier cost may be charged to the customer.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

If the issue is due to our error, we will take full responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dubai Borka Mart is not liable for:

• Minor color variations due to screen resolution or lighting

• Slight measurement differences within acceptable tolerance

• Courier delays beyond our operational control
